Data Merging & Cleansing

Data merging and cleansing of multiple stores of data into one central database or prepared ready for upload into a CRM system.

The types of information that these operations can help with are old and new customer contact lists and bought-in customer data that you would like to combine into one central spreadsheet or database.

The data can also be categorised, for example, prioritised for contact, or by other criteria you specify.

There will often be duplicates within multiple data sets (eg different versions of the same customer's details), out-of-date information, and other data quality issues. These will be handled by way of data quality processes before the data are cleansed and the final merged data set prepared.
