Quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer and staff surveys.
The survey questions would have been driven by the survey topics arising from the aims and objectives in your research project plan. These topics might include measuring customer satisfaction with services or products, the level of importance respondents might place on different aspects of the service they had received, &/or their likelihood to re-use/buy again/recommend. Staff survey topics might include what your staff think about their working environment, their progression opportunities, &/or their likelihood of leaving your employment.
The analysis can be tailored to meet your requirements. Generally, a flat file of the respondents answers can be provided in Excel .csv format along with a PDF or Word document containing tables and charts of the results. More detailed analysis can be undertaken on both the numerical count data and free text comments volunteered by respondents.
Analytical reports can be tailored to meet your requirements, with results aggregated and anonymised to respect respondent privacy where necessary.
